Optional modifications to this strategy

Host a special wine tasting session just for the customer. Allow the customer to use his/her own wine glass to taste the different flavours of wines.

If the visitor lives nearby and has built a strong relationship with the winery, offer to host a wine tasting session at his/her house or location of choice. This allows the customer a simple and elegant way to entertain friends, while allowing your business to spread its brand.
