Intern Giftbox

Atlassian approached us to help put together their Intern Giftboxes, these custom Giftpacks would be given to their internship program participants once they’d finished the program.
Their brief was to put a custom Giftbox together which would include a range of products their Interns would hold on to as a reminder of their time in the program and the merch needed to scream Atlassian and include swag in the Atlassian Blue or as close to this as possible.
We also felt these giftboxes needed an extra touch of class as these would be presented as gifts to their program participants. To add this Each box included custom printed tissue paper which was placed on the bottom of each box and used to wrap the products up, this was then sealed with an Atlassian Sticker. Who doesn’t love receiving and opening a present? We wanted to make sure it felt like each box had care, attention and appreciation put into the presentation to reflex how Atlassian felt about their interns.
We packed each box in house, paying careful attention to make sure each box was packed and presented in the same way.
Giftbox - Die Cut Box with Locking Lid
Atlassian chose to go with this durable and high-quality locking box which meant we could safely ship the giftpacks across Australia with no issues and the recipients would have the absolute joy of opening this swag filled Atlassian giftpack to thank them for efforts in the internship program.
Soda Vacuum Bottle
Staying well hydrated through the day is a must have for anyone include any budding tech wizz. These insulated water bottles which were subtly branding in the Atlassian Blue were a perfect addition and memento to include in the Intern Giftbox.
Avon Compact Umbrella
Who doesn’t love a good Umbrella? They happen to be one of our favourite’s gifts and promo products they’re super valuable to everyone whatever the weather. We were super excited when The Atlassian team decided to include one in their giftbox, it’s a gift their interns will hold onto and use for a long time.
Custom Keyboard Key
Being in the software and tech space Atlassian wanted to produce a custom made Atlassian ‘A’ Keyboard Key to include the giftbox. This would replace their interns keyboard key and be a permanent reminder of their time interning for Atlassian.
It might seem from our website offerings we can only source off the shelf promotional products and gifts, but we can pretty much source anything you can think of. You can also take advantage of our inhouse product design team to get the ideas from your head and turn them into reality.
Atlassian Quack PVC Bath Duck
We added a playful touch to the gift pack with a Atlassian branded Quack PVC Bath Duck — the perfect blend of fun and brand personality.
Custom Shape PVC Keyring
To continue the duck theme across this gift box Atlassian wanted to include a pocket sized duck memento for their interns to commemorate their time on the Atlassian intern program.
Phone Grip
The Atlassian intern tech genius is always glued to their phone debugging code, sharing updates to slack or gramming their latest adventures, so these custom branded phone grips were a prefect addition to their custom gift boxes.
Stickers
To finally finish off the giftbox we sealed the tissue paper warp with a sticker so that all of the Atlassian swag was enclosed, presented beautifully and ready to open by their recipients. We also ended up having a lot of spare stickers so we also include a couple of extras within the giftbox itself.
Custom Tissue Paper
As mentioned above we worked with Atlassian to make sure each Giftpack was presented to look elegant and classy, this was achieved by lining and wrapping the Atlassian merch in custom printed tissue Paper.
We have plenty of alternative options for this include custom colour tissue paper, shredded tissue paper or classic printed wrapping paper to finish off and present your next custom giftpack.
Conclusion
Being able to bring these Intern Gift boxes to life with Atlassian was a dream and we loved putting our heads together to produce this unique offering to say thank you to their internship program participants.
A huge part of this job was that we were delivering these giftpacks to Atlassian Locations across Australia, as well as to their international interns working remotely or at other Locations across the world. Being able to help Atlassian show their gratitude to each, and every participant was extra special.
