6. Proceed to Production

With your approval, production kicks off. We will update you when your goods are ready for dispatch or pick-up. Non-urgent local orders generally take 2-4 weeks, while offshore orders take around 8-12 weeks.

7. Your order is Ready!

Your promotional items are now ready to hit your target market. 

Payment Details

We operate on a COD basis for all new clients, but after your first order, we set your account on a 30-day payment term. For orders exceeding $5,000, we usually request an initial deposit of 50%, to cover the upfront costs we incur.
