Your quote request is now with our Sales Team, they’ll be in touch within 48hours to confirm any details required for the quoting process.
Our team will put together a comprehensive quote for you based on the information and artwork you’ve provided us and try to get you the best possible price.
A member of our Sales Team will send over the quote to you via email to review and discuss with your team. We will also be on hand to answer any questions you might have about your quote.
Once you’re order has been confirmed you’ll be sent through to our production team.
Our production team will first be in touch to work with you to mock up your artwork. At this point we require your logo in .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf vector format. If you only have .jpg or .png files, we can redraw these for an additional fee.
Once you’re happy with this mock-up and other order details, your items will proceed into production. Here our team will work with our suppliers and decorators to make sure you get the exact product and look that you want.
Your products can be delivered direct to you or picked up from our office, ready to delight their recipients!
